Lelux Hotel - Montreal

I was shocked to find bedbugs in my room. The staff's response was dismissive, claiming it's normal for hotels. After that, I felt unsafe and immediately sought other accommodations, leading to a frustrating search for help.

Luxurious hotel with efficient personnel at all times. The central location close to a subway station. Great budget venue in a shopping area of Montreal. Lots of goodies for breakfast.

The bed was very uncomfortable here.

Hotel was overall clean, respectful and top-class staff.

Had a very very good stay during our weekend. We thoroughly enjoyed rooms with a king bed. The location was unbeatable and amazing - 400 metres away from a night club.

I loved that I could stroll to both the McCord Museum and Old Port of Montreal with ease. The nearby cafes and restaurant options were perfect for grabbing a bite between my city explorations, enhancing my weekend getaway experience.

Fine room, spotlessly clean and luxurious place, very friendly staff. Favourable and excellent position near public transportation/St Denis restaurants as well as the city center and the metro, particularly good views. Also, by a great park that hosts events.

Location was great. Got there fast by car. Parking directly in the hotel, was possible for a fee. There was a supermarket nearby. To the stop of hop-on-hop-off bus it was only a 15 minutes walk.

There was no fridge or safe.

The location was great! Everything was within walking distance and the price was just right.

The service was awful, with long wait times and issues with room cleanliness.

Everything!!! I would say. The staff was very cooperative, the services were very prompt, the room was clean when we arrived the first time and every time after a long day's journey back to hotel and the beds and the feel of the hotel and room were very comfortable Also, amongst the other similar-starred hotels, the value for money was unbelievable. It was right on! I would say that the best part was the location, right beside the Metro/Bus station at Berri Uquam. What else a traveler, visiting the city, could ask for?

Lol....no complaints. Nothing that appeared was not meant to be. All in all, a great experience. I would definitely come again and recommend all of my friends and family about this hotel.

The room smelled strongly of mold, was constantly damp, and there was very little follow up done by staff in regards to a noise complaint.

Location was convenient with easy access to the metro. The room was quiet at night and offered a cozy atmosphere.

double bed room are quite big are confortable. the inside room are quiet the front desk is very helpfull

Personnel, security deposit was twice the amount of the whole bill

We enjoyed our stay with spacious double beds and convenience of onsite parking. The bathroom was clean but could use a bit of updating. Would definitely return!

The location was ideal and magnificent, near a metro station. The room itself was brand-new, neat with 2 double beds and had the things we needed.

The hotel was within walking distance of Old Montreal.

The walls are not sound-proof!
